My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the breakfast was delightful and the staff really went above and beyond to help me arrange a boat trip. On the other hand, I faced some significant issues regarding room quality and management, which definitely affected my overall satisfaction. While it was nice to enjoy a lovely breakfast and friendly service, the room change and other concerns left a sour note.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location was amazing with a lovely view of the lake, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
